The B1 visa is a Visa on Arrival (VoA) for single entry into Indonesia. It is available to citizens of specific countries and grants an initial stay of up to 30 days from the arrival date. This stay permit can be extended once for another 30 days. It may also be converted into another type of stay permit through a bridging visa mechanism.

• You may stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days from the arrival date.
• You may extend this stay once for an additional 30 days.
• If you are an e-VoA holder, you may extend online via evisa.imigrasi.go.id or indonesiavoa.vfsevisa.id.
• If you hold a non-electronic VoA, you must extend at the nearest immigration office.

You do not need a sponsor to apply for this visa.

Pre-Arrival Application and Payment

Applicants must:

• Apply via evisa.imigrasi.go.id or indonesiavoa.vfsevisa.id
• Upload required documents:
  • Passport biodata page valid for at least 6 months (12 months for non-national passport documents)
  • Recent color photograph
  • Return or onward ticket
• Pay using debit/credit card
• Receive e-VoA via email within 1×24 hours

Application and Payment on Arrival

• Pay at the designated bank counter in the immigration inspection area
• Receive a visa payment voucher
• Present the voucher at the Visa on Arrival counter
• Receive a VoA sticker and electronic entry mark

• Non-national passport holders (temporary passport, emergency passport, laissez passer, etc.) are not eligible.
• The visa is valid for 90 days from issuance if unused.
• The visa validity period differs from the stay period.
• Non-electronic VoA must be used immediately after issuance.
• B1 visa holders are not allowed to sell goods/services or receive salary in Indonesia.
