With this visa, you can
- Work as a representative or serve as a member of the board of directors or board of commissioners in a company to be established in Indonesia, which is a branch or subsidiary of a foreign company.
- Bring your family to live in Indonesia, in accordance with immigration regulations.
- Enter and leave Indonesia as long as the Re-Entry Permit is valid.
- Pursue education through the Dual Activity Stay Permit mechanism.
- Conduct activities related to your investment.
- Visit tourist attractions, friends, or family.
Visa type
This is a Temporary Stay Visa that allows you to enter and exit Indonesia for a certain period. The stay permit from this visa can be extended or transferred to another stay permit for a different activity or work.
Length of stay
- Depending on your selection, you can stay in Indonesia for 5 or 10 years. The duration starts from your arrival date.
- Your sponsor can extend your stay permit online via evisa.imigrasi.go.id.

5-year visa
- Report of company establishment in Indonesia within 90 days of entry.
- Statement of commitment to establish a company in Indonesia with investment of at least US$25,000,000.
- Proof of turnover/sales ≥ US$100,000 in overseas company audited by an international public accounting firm.
10-year visa
- Report of company establishment in Indonesia within 90 days of entry.
- Statement of commitment to establish a company in Indonesia with investment of at least US$50,000,000.
- Proof of turnover/sales ≥ US$100,000 in overseas company audited by an international public accounting firm.

Other provisions
- Visa is valid for 90 days from issuance. If unused, a new visa is required to enter Indonesia.
- Visa validity differs from the stay period; check your visa for details.
- Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) and Re-Entry Permit issued automatically upon entry approval.
- Do not exceed your stay permit, work outside the permit, or sell goods/services unless necessary for your job.
Visa application and granting process
Visa application at the Directorate General of Immigration. The officer will:
- Check your documents
- Verify immigration fee payment
- Create and verify your profile in the system
- Approve your application
- Issue your visa
Processing time: 4 working days after payment is received.
