C10 Business Events Speaker Visitor Visa

• Participate as a speaker or presenter at meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibitions, or similar activities. With this visa, you also can visit tourist spots and see friends and family.

• The C10 Visa is a visitor visa for single entry to Indonesia with a first stay permit of up to 60 days, starting from the arrival date. This stay permit is extendable and eligible for conversion into a temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.

• You can stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days, starting from the arrival date.
• You can extend this stay permit several times up to 180 days.
• Your sponsor can extend your stay permit online through the sponsor’s registered account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id

You need a sponsor to apply for this visa.

Sponsors must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa for foreigners. After having an account, the sponsor can apply for a C10 visa for foreigners after logging in at evisa.imigrasi.go.id by submitting electronic files (file format details) of foreigners, such as:

• Application letter and sponsor’s statement letter,
• A travel document that is still valid for at least 6 months before it expires,
• Proof of living expenses in Indonesia in the form of a bank statement in the foreigner’s or sponsor’s name for the last 3 months of at least USD 2000 or an equivalent amount in other currencies,
• Recent color photograph. Details

• Invitation letter from the event organizer describing the details of the agenda and speech/seminar material to be delivered.

• Foreigners without citizenship or foreigners holding travel documents (not national passports) in the form of temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, or other equivalent documents must attach a Re-Entry Permit document to the country where the visa is applied from and a return ticket/onward ticket to another country.
• The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If it is not used after that period, foreigners must apply for a new visa to enter Indonesia.
• Please note that the visa validity period differs from the period of stay, so kindly check your visa for information on the length of stay.
• Foreigners with a stay permit from a C10 visa are allowed to receive compensation or wages from individuals or corporations in Indonesia. However, they are not permitted to engage in employment with individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

Visa application at the Directorate General of Immigration, the officer will:

• Check your documents;
• Verify your immigration fee payment;
• Create your profile in the system and verify;
• Approve your application;
• Issuing your visa.

Processing time is five working days after visa payment is received.
