Visa type
The C19 Visa is a single-entry visitor visa to Indonesia with an initial stay permit of up to 60 days starting from the arrival date. This stay permit is extendable and eligible for conversion into a temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.

- You can stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days, starting from the arrival date.
- You can extend this stay permit several times up to a maximum of 180 days.
- Your sponsor can extend your stay permit online through their registered account at
evisa.imigrasi.go.id.

Visa application
Sponsors must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id
before applying for a visa for foreigners. After creating an account, the sponsor can apply for a C19 visa by logging in and submitting the required electronic documents, such as:
- Application letter and sponsor’s statement letter.
- A travel document valid for at least 6 months before expiration.
- Proof of living expenses in Indonesia in the form of a bank statement (foreigner or sponsor) for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent.
- Recent color photograph.

- A document explaining the after-sales activities to be carried out, along with other supporting after-sales documents.
Other provisions
- Foreigners without citizenship or holding non-national travel documents (temporary passport, emergency passport, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, etc.) must attach a Re-Entry Permit from the country of application and a return/onward ticket.
- The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If unused after that period, a new visa application is required.
- The visa validity period differs from the period of stay. Please check your visa for the authorized length of stay.
- Foreigners holding a C19 stay permit are not allowed to sell goods or services or receive salary, wages, or compensation from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

- Check your documents.
- Fill in your data, scan files, and print a receipt for your application.
- Verify your immigration fee payment.
- Create and verify your profile in the system.
- Approve your application.
- Personalize, print, and sign your visa.
- Issue and deliver your visa.
Processing time is five working days after visa payment is received.
