C2 Business Visitor Visa

With a C2 Visa, You Can

Conduct business activities, attend meetings, purchase goods, participate in discussions, negotiations, and sign business agreements. This visa also allows you to inspect goods at offices, factories, or production sites. Additionally, you may travel and visit friends and family.

Visa Type

The C2 Visa is a single-entry visitor visa to Indonesia with an initial stay permit of up to 60 days from the date of arrival. This stay permit is extendable and may be converted into a temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.

Length of Stay

  • You can stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days from the arrival date.
  • The stay permit can be extended multiple times up to a maximum of 180 days.
  • Extensions can be processed online through the sponsor’s registered account at
    evisa.imigrasi.go.id.

Visa Application

Sponsors must create an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying. Applications are submitted electronically.

  • A valid travel document with at least 6 months validity before expiration.
    (For non-national passport documents, validity must be at least 12 months.)
  • Proof of living expenses: bank statement (last 3 months) showing a minimum
    balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent.
  • Recent color photograph according to official specifications.

Specific Requirements

A letter of statement, invitation, or correspondence from a government agency or private institution explaining the relationship with the foreign applicant is required.

Other Provisions

  • Stateless individuals or holders of non-national travel documents must attach
    a re-entry permit to the country of application and a return/onward ticket.
  • The visa is valid for 90 days from issuance. If unused within that period,
    a new visa application is required.
  • The visa validity period differs from the stay period. Always verify the details
    stated on the visa.
  • C2 visa holders are not permitted to sell goods or services or receive salary,
    wages, or compensation from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
