With this visa, you can
- Invest and conduct business activities, including establishing a company. You can work as a member of the board of directors or commissioners in the company you invest in.
- Supervise the production process of goods or services in your company, including offices, factories, or similar locations.
- Bring your family to live in Indonesia. Multiple entries and exits are allowed if the Re-Entry Permit remains valid.
- Pursue education through the Dual Activity Stay Permit mechanism and visit tourist attractions, friends, or family.
Visa type
This is a Temporary Stay Visa to enter Indonesia, allowing entry and exit for a certain period. The stay permit can be extended and transferred to another type of stay permit for different activity or work.
Length of stay
- Depending on your selection, you can stay in Indonesia up to 2 years. The duration of your stay permit starts on your arrival date.
- Your sponsor can extend your stay permit online through the sponsor’s registered account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id.

Visa application
You must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa. After logging in, submit electronic files including:
- Application letter for visa issuance
- Nationality passport valid for at least 6 months
- Proof of living expenses in Indonesia (bank statement in your or sponsor’s name, min USD 2,000)
- Recent color photograph (Details)
- Curriculum vitae
- Travel itinerary
Specific requirements
- Proof of share ownership of minimum IDR 10,000,000,000 (ten billion rupiah) in a company registered in the Ministry of Investment/Investment Coordinating Board. If less, apply for a work visa according to your position.
- Letter of Decision from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on the company’s ratification.
- Company bank statement for the last 2 months. For newly established companies, submit no later than 90 days after ITAS issuance.
Other provisions
- The visa is valid for 90 days from issuance. If unused, a new visa must be applied for.
- Visa validity differs from the period of stay—check your visa for stay duration.
- Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) and Re-Entry Permit are issued after entering through Immigration Border Control.
- Do not exceed your stay permit duration, work outside your permit, or sell goods/services unless necessary for your job.

- Create your profile in the system and verify
- Approve your application
- Issue your visa
Processing time: 4 working days after payment is received.
