With a C11 Visa, You Can
Participate in international exhibitions, attend meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions to market products, goods, or services (as exhibitors).
With this visa, you may also visit tourist destinations and meet friends and family.
Visa Type
The C11 Visa is a single-entry visitor visa to Indonesia with an initial stay permit of up to 60 days from the date of arrival.
This stay permit is extendable and may be converted into a temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.
Length of Stay
- You can stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days from the date of arrival.
- The stay permit can be extended multiple times up to a total of 180 days.
- Your sponsor must apply for the extension online via evisa.imigrasi.go.id.

A sponsor is required to apply for this visa.
Visa Application
Sponsors must have a registered account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a C11 visa.
Required documents (electronic format):
- Application letter and sponsor’s statement letter
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- Proof of sufficient funds (bank statement for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent)
- Recent color photograph (according to official specifications)
Specific Requirements
- Reference or invitation letter from a government agency or private institution acting as the event organizer
Other Provisions
- Holders of temporary or special travel documents must attach a Re-Entry Permit from the issuing country and provide proof of onward or return travel.
- The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If unused within that period, a new visa application is required.
- Visa validity differs from permitted stay duration. Always check the stay permit period stated on your visa.
- C11 visa holders are not permitted to receive wages or compensation from individuals or companies in Indonesia and may not sell goods or services, except as part of the exhibition they attend.
Visa Application and Granting Process
The Directorate General of Immigration will:
- Review submitted documents
- Verify immigration fee payment
- Create and validate applicant profile in the system
- Approve the application
- Issue the visa
Processing time is approximately five working days after payment confirmation.
