With a C11 Visa, You Can
- Participate in international exhibitions, attend meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions to market products, goods, or services (as exhibitors).
- Visit tourist spots, as well as see friends and family.
Visa Type
The C11 Visa is a visitor visa for single entry to Indonesia with a first stay permit of up to 60 days, starting from the arrival date. This stay permit is extendable and eligible for conversion into a temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.
Length of Stay
- You can stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days, starting from the arrival date.
- You can extend this stay permit several times up to 180 days.
- Your sponsor can extend your stay permit online through the sponsor’s registered account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id.

You need a sponsor to apply for this visa.
Visa Application
Sponsors must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa for foreigners. After logging in, the sponsor can apply for a C11 visa by submitting electronic files of the following:
- Application letter and sponsor’s statement letter,
- A travel document that is still valid for at least 6 months,
- Proof of living expenses in Indonesia in the form of a bank statement in the foreigner’s or sponsor’s name for the last 3 months of at least USD 2,000 or equivalent in other currencies,
- Recent color photograph. Details.
Specific Requirements
- A letter of reference or invitation from a government agency or private institution as the event organizer.
Other Provisions
- Foreigners without citizenship or holding travel documents (not national passports) such as temporary passports, emergency passports, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, laissez passer, or equivalent must attach a Re-Entry Permit to the country where the visa is applied from and a return/onward ticket to another country.
- The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If not used within that period, a new visa must be applied for to enter Indonesia.
- Please note that visa validity differs from the period of stay—check your visa for the exact length of stay allowed.
- Foreigners with a stay permit from a C11 visa are not allowed to receive compensation or wages from individuals or corporations in Indonesia. They are also not allowed to sell goods or services unless required as part of the exhibition they are attending.

- Verify your immigration fee payment;
- Create your profile in the system and verify;
- Approve your application;
- Personalize, print, and sign your visa;
- Issue and deliver your visa.
