C7 Arts and Cultural Performance Visitor Visa

Carry out arts and cultural activities in Indonesia, such as performing, displaying,
or presenting artistic and cultural works, including theatre and circus performances.
With this visa, you can also visit tourist spots and see friends and family.

The C7 Visa is a single-entry visitor visa to Indonesia with an initial stay permit
of up to 60 days from the date of arrival. This stay permit is extendable and
eligible for conversion into a temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.

• You can stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days from the date of arrival.
• This stay permit cannot be extended.

You need a sponsor to apply for this visa.

Sponsors must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa. After logging in, the sponsor can apply for a C7 visa
by submitting electronic documents, including:

• Application letter and sponsor’s statement letter.
• A travel document valid for at least 6 months before expiration.

(For holders of travel documents other than national passports — such as emergency passports
or identity documents — validity must be at least 12 months.)

• Proof of living expenses in Indonesia (bank statement in the foreigner’s or sponsor’s name
  for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent).
• Recent color photograph.

• Invitation letter from the event organizer (for general arts and cultural performers); or
• Letter from the impresario or company addressed to the Directorate General of Immigration
  to apply for the visa, along with a cooperation contract between the performer (or their agency)
  and the event organizer (for music performers or crew).

• Stateless foreigners or holders of non-national passports must attach a Re-Entry Permit
  and a return/onward ticket.
• The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If unused, a new visa application is required.
• Visa validity differs from the period of stay. Please check your visa carefully.
• Holders of a C7 stay permit are permitted to receive compensation or facilities
  for their activities. However, employment relationships with individuals or corporations
  in Indonesia are prohibited.
