C6 Social Activities Visitor Visa

Engage in social activities in Indonesia. With this visa, you can also visit tourist spots
and see friends and family.

The C6 Visa is a single-entry visitor visa to Indonesia with an initial stay permit
of up to 60 days from the date of arrival. This stay permit is extendable and
eligible for conversion into a temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.

• You can stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days from the date of arrival.
• You can extend this stay permit several times up to a maximum of 180 days.
• Your sponsor can extend your stay permit online through their registered account at
  evisa.imigrasi.go.id

You need a sponsor to apply for this visa.

Sponsors must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa. After logging in, the sponsor can apply for a C6 visa by submitting electronic documents, including:

• Application letter and sponsor’s statement letter.
• A travel document valid for at least 6 months before expiration.

(For holders of travel documents other than national passports — such as emergency passports
or identity documents — validity must be at least 12 months.)

• Proof of living expenses in Indonesia (bank statement in the foreigner’s or sponsor’s name
  for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent).
• Recent color photograph.
  Details

• A letter of statement from a government agency or private institution explaining
  the details of the foreigner’s activities in Indonesia.

• Stateless foreigners or holders of non-national passports must attach a Re-Entry Permit
  and a return/onward ticket.
• The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If unused, a new visa application is required.
• Visa validity differs from the period of stay. Please check your visa carefully.
• Holders of a C6 stay permit are not allowed to sell goods or services
  or receive salary, wages, or compensation in Indonesia.
