C7C Talent Performance Visitor Visa

With a C7C visa, you can

Carry out arts and cultural activities in Indonesia as a music performance crew. With this visa, you can also visit tourist attractions and see friends and family.

Visa type

The C7C Visa is a single-entry visitor visa to Indonesia with an initial stay permit of up to 30 days starting from the arrival date. This stay permit is non-extendable and eligible for conversion into a temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.

Length of stay

  • You can stay in Indonesia for up to 30 days from the arrival date.
  • This stay permit cannot be extended.

Visa application

Sponsors must create an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying. After logging in, they can apply for a C7C visa
by submitting the following documents:

  • Application letter and sponsor’s statement letter
  • Valid travel document (minimum 6 months before expiry)
  • Proof of living expenses (bank statement for the last 3 months
    with at least USD 2000 or equivalent)
  • Recent color photograph
    (photo requirements)

Specific requirements

  • Invitation letter from the event organizer (for general art and cultural performers); or
  • Letter from the impresario or company to the Directorate General of Immigration
    plus a cooperation contract between the performer or their agency and the event organizer
    (for music performers or crew).

Other provisions

  • Holders of non-national travel documents must attach a Re-Entry Permit
    and a return/onward ticket.
  • The visa is valid for 90 days from issuance. If unused, a new visa must be applied for.
  • Visa validity differs from the period of stay. Always check your visa details.
  • Visa holders may receive compensation or facilities for their activities
    from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
  • Foreigners are prohibited from performing arts, culture, or behavior
    that violates applicable laws or social norms in Indonesia.

Visa application and granting process

At the Directorate General of Immigration, officers will:

  • Check documents
  • Verify immigration fee payment
  • Create and verify your profile in the system
  • Approve the application
  • Issue the visa

Processing time: 5 working days after payment is received.
